Lisa brings a wealth of experience and intense knowledge of congress management with over 20 years of event management, meeting planning, marketing and customer service experience. Her exacting nature, careful preparation, negotiating and listening skills and sensitivity to the needs of both the client and the congress delegate ensure every client and attendee experiences a first-rate meeting.

Lisa began her career in the hotel industry at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver . More recently, Lisa worked with an association management company in Vancouver where she managed all of the national and international congress ranging in size from 100 to 1,500 attendees before taking on the position of Director of Operations & Meetings. Lisa has managed over 900 congress and events! Lisa obtained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in 2002.
